Me Cheeta
Not sure, maybe Chrissy Hynde? Virgo? The Pretenders? I stumbled through a Pinterest series that promoted books as recommended by various luminaries, actors, originally, then authors, and so forth. That title showed up. I get a little tired of the usual high-brow, “look how educated I am” recommendations, although, one of my frequent pleasures is Neal Stephenson’s delightfully dense prose, with the sidetracking ideas that serve to educate, sending me into a brief “wiki” exploration, trying to catch up on the ideas, the backing, history, and so forth. Which was why Me Cheeta looked like fun. Alongside great literary reviews, here was something that was probably deep, but without the pretension.
