A quick note about time

A quick note about time

The current coordinator at the rock shop in Austin — my handler? Our handler — as there are dozens of practitioners there — she recently reiterated the way this works: Check out is by 5:30 PM. Store closes at 6, and the counter staff has a checkout procedure all their own; therefore, I can’t really take a reading that starts after 5 PM. My usual 20-minute readings at the shop?

This should also apply to the shop in San Antonio, but at this point, I have a little more leeway there. But only just.

It is profoundly disrespectful to impinge on the counter help. It’s retail.

Be kind, rewind.

Likewise, I’ve gotten to a point where a late reading is mildly offensive. You had all day to reach me, why now?

A quick note about time

In the good old days, I would stay until 7 PM, walk out with the crew, but that was pre-pandemic, and pre-current hours, and at the old location. New location, current hours, and remember?

“Please be kind and rewind.”

For the last year, maybe more, I’ve posted my hours at any place, as 12-4. I get in about 11, usually, and I’m there until at least 5, but not after that. There are administrative details to wrap up, and similar chores.

A quick note about time

So there are three easy ways to get a reading from me:

  1. Read the weekly horoscopes.
  2. See me live in San Antonio or Austin.
  3. Phone readings are always available.

The links are really easy, just three to recall:

  1. Horoscopes at astrofish.net (1)
  2. In-person at astrofish.net/travel (2)
  3. On the phone at astrofish.net/shop (3)

The “live” and “in-person,” just to reiterate, that tends to run from noon until 4 PM, and as always: advance booking, a few days ahead, that helps insure a spot.

Thanks!

Be kind and please rewind.
