Harlan Corben Plot Twist
Recognize the name from bestseller lists, and maybe racks in bookstores, but I don’t think I read any of the novels. Might not be my thing, not usually, but as a book about writing, I was intrigued.
“Only writing is writing.” Page 26.
Solid point. Many solid points throughout. Always curious as to how others work. I did fantasized about a smoky artist’s garret, grey stones, maybe a pet bat, tendrils of frost and dew, a feather quill, long rolls of parchment, the gentle noise of the ink etched into the paper. Not how I work, but it is a fantasy.
