One of the most heinous wishes I’ve encountered, I mean this has a been a problem my whole life, it’s my freaking birthday and turkey. Thwarted thusly:

1 Package of “carnitas” cubed pork
2 nice center cut pork chops, trimmed & cubed
2 poblano peppers, eviscerated and minced
6 serrano peppers
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon fake salt (potassium chloride)
2 tubes sausage
1 big old yellow onion
3 tomatoes, skinned and diced – more like two and half
2 garlic gloves, peeled & finely diced
Some other stuff

Throw in the chili pot and let simmer. All that garlic, though?

    I noticed that the Pink Cake was cut into wedges, like pie, not into rectangles, like brownies. Is that traditional too?
